The 811LMX is a programmable DIP switch remote controls for use with LiftMaster commercial products using Security+ 2.0® Encrypted DIP, as well as older 315 MHz DIP or 390 MHz DIP devices. The remote control default setting is Security+ 2.0®.

I was very pleased with your quick processing! Sorry to return on all 3 orders, I was not aware of the non compatibility! I had 2 orders 20000 & 20100, and Analisa Coria. Order 20012, she had it shipped to me, Need to return , and get credit for them appropriately! I need the Return Authorization Number I can mail on Monday to you! My niece lives off Moorpark! Had to call the tech line. Would not program as instructed by the manual. The tech was very helpful. Had to do something different than the instruction for the remote to work, unfortunate.

No, that is not how remotes work. You have to program them to your on board receiver

The Liftmaster 811lm is programmed in 2 ways. It has both toggle switches up/down as well as the learning code. It will come with instructions for both ways. The toggles are quicker and easier!
